Current• Manage a portfolio of Electorate Offices across Victoria.• Provide project delivery support working closely with internal stakeholders to develop delivery programs.• Support the preventative maintenance and reactionary maintenance of security systems and equipment as directed.• Support the Security Operations Manager in security tasks to support the security operations of Parliament House, including security liaison and planning for demonstrations and protests, risk management… Show more • Manage a portfolio of Electorate Offices across Victoria.• Provide project delivery support working closely with internal stakeholders to develop delivery programs.• Support the preventative maintenance and reactionary maintenance of security systems and equipment as directed.• Support the Security Operations Manager in security tasks to support the security operations of Parliament House, including security liaison and planning for demonstrations and protests, risk management, and incident support within the Parliamentary Precinct.• Undertake Threat & Risk Assessments of Electorate Offices and escalate risks outside of tolerance and provide timely advice including the preparation of associated reports and liaison with Victoria Police.• Develop design documentation for security controls.• Respond to and where possible resolve challenging situations, which may pose a security or similar threat, escalating issues to the Chief Security Officer as required.• Support the Security Operations Manager by providing security assistance and advice in relation to security event plans, risk assessments for public & private events, ceremonial and official functions, including events such as Open Day, Committee hearings and Regional Sittings.• Support the development and delivery of security awareness training on both the Precinct and at Electorate Offices.
