More than 30 years of industry experience in the design, manufacturing, maintenance, and installation of water filtration and treatment systems. I have performed and overseen every aspect of system manufacturing resulting in my position as facility manager responsible for producing both large field erected and smaller standard treatment systems. Knowledge base includes manufacturing of large water treatment systems including vessels and complex piping configurations. I have direct experience in the fabrication of both water and vapor treatment vessels ranging up to 15-foot diameter including code rated pressure vessels. Knowledgeable with welding/fabrication processes (SMAW, GMAW, SAW, OA and GTAW), surface preparation methods, application of various coatings and integrity/quality assurance testing (DFT, blast profile, voids/holidays, adhesion).Work closely with clients to ensure that expectations are met and often exceeded. Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process to ensure that cost effectiveness, manufacturability, quality, and safety requirements are attainable in the production process through to completion. Manage resources and material both internal and external to meet delivery schedules consistent with client requirements. Maintain the highest standards for safety. The facility I managed achieved a 10 year award for no “Lost Time Accidents”.
