In this role I have the responsibility to analyse the after-market opportunities and to develop new service products. This is a key position within the service team as the introduction of new service products and upgrades are crucial to achieving targets set by the business. in 2023, new service product introduction along with proactive customer interaction, helped increase Global Service Revenue of £20m
Service Business Manager (Uk & Ireland)
Continuing to Manage day to day operation of the Service Department, Centre of Excellence, UKAS Laboratory, and Technical Helpdesk, including a team of service engineers and metrologists. Proactively visiting customers and creating new Initiatives for Service Support Agreements, Upgrades and Instrument Sales, I helped increase the UK service revenue by a further 30% taking turnover to £1.3m at the end of 2014.
