Specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of a range of spinal disorders with the aim of decreasing pain, increasing function and the prevention of future issues through rehabilitation and lifestyle modification advice, as well as referral to the appropriate practitioner if necessary.I am passionate about health and fitness and my main goal is to keep people fit, mobile and active in order to allow them to reach their health goals, whether it's a half marathon, powerlifting competition, or simply an hour or two of gardening and playing with the children/ grandchildren. I have a particular interest in postural correction and in 2016, I became a Certified Posture Expert with the American Posture Institute.
