• Current experience in delivering and reviewing Automotive Apprentice Training with the ability to comply with competency standards. • Current experience in the delivery & assessment of Certificate III in Light Automotive Mechanical. • Experience in delivering ‘face-to-face’ Technical Training, including Cert.II Automotive Air conditioning, new product technologies and the latest vehicle systems to Dealer Technicians. • Ability to motivate, encourage, coach and mentor participants in a training course. • Proven ability to liaise, negotiate and make recommendations to Dealership Training Co-ordinators in relation to individual training programs for technicians and apprentices.• Professional and qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with over 10 years experience in the automotive industry. • Demonstrated skills to work autonomously or as part of a team to ensure work goals are fulfilled.• Ability to liaise with Dealer Service Technicians and Management to meet training requirements.• Maintain stock control of training goods & acquiring replacements when necessary.
