Day to day responsibilities include: End-to-end Project Management across planning, delivery, scheduling and execution aligned to all sizes of projects. Work closely with technical teams which includes Architects, builders and clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with business requirements. Labour Management across all areas of construction as required. Decision making across all areas of the business to mitigate minimum time lost. Understand programs and risks associated with time lines and identify areas for improvement. Ensure projects and programs of work are delivered on time and on budget. Understand key milestones and scheduling to achieve the objective of the building process. Coordinating day to day operations within a team environmentProvide budget forecast and end of month progress claims Undertake data entry as required Forecast timeline projections Administration as requiredAttend Site meetings and production meetingsPrepare SWMSPrepare variations for costingQuality AssuranceMonitor budgetsPrepare RFI's and submit to builder
