Program Director: Oversight of all new product launch activities through leadership of a team of professional project managers. Administered a $20m tooling budget.

During the final two years at Cosworth, I ran the engine assembly plant that produced high performance engines for Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Audi, Ford and others.Cosworth Technology (now MAHLE Powertrain), is a global engineering consultancy that specialises in the design, development and integration of advanced internal combustion engines and electrified powertrain systems. As recognised experts in these fields, MAHLE Powertrain is engaged in the extensive research, development and application of new traditional and advanced drivelines into cost-effective, production feasible solutions for enhanced efficiency, improved fuel economy and lower emissions. The UK facilities include a manufacturing site in Wellingborough for the machining of engine castings.
