Freelance lighting designer and technician with experience working in small theatre and fringe venues around Brighton, most notably:• The Rialto Theatre• The Warren• The Basement• The Marlborough Little Theatre• Latest Music Bar

Daily responsibilities:• management of the incident backlog and weekly sprints• coordinating a team of five developers to ensure that our allocation of resource reflects the needs and priorities of our clients• reporting directly to the managing director on service delivery against our monthly targets.Building and maintaining a bespoke suite of reporting tools to meet the specific needs of our company, delivering everything from top-level reviews to detailed per-client breakdowns.Experience of using several third-party incident tracking and project management tools, including FreshService, Jira and Intervals.

Front-line responsibility for tracking and maintaining stock levels. General responsibilities include keeping shelves filled and tidy, assisting customers with enquiries, working on checkouts when required.

Database entry and construction, keeping up to date one of the most comprehensive databases in the industry, as well as constructing a second database to quickly identify out-of-date information in the former.Experience working in an office environment as part of a small team; quickly learning and becoming conversant with unfamiliar software.
