As operations manager for NGKF’s property management services division, Chris Prather will hold national responsibility for advancing key infrastructure initiatives and standard operating procedures designed to enable employees to effectively operate and collaborate across the entire investor services division. He will be working under the direction of Randy Buddemeyer, president, property management services. While deepening the firm’s existing client services strength in management services, Mr. Prather will drive the overall strategic growth and operational expansion plans through the development, implementation and management of policies and procedures, training and quality assurance, procurement, and sustainability programs. Mr. Prather will review and evaluate the business line’s compliance and performance on a continual basis and will be responsible for the enhancement of the new assignment transition process.

Responsible for operations for CBRE’s Florida property management division, Asset Services. Responsible for corporate budget and financial, supervising the lease administration team, oversight of the transition of new management assignments, administration of the Environments for Excellence Program, employee orientation and training, implementation of new technologies and ensuring the CBRE Global Standards are adhered to for all Asset Services clients. Also responsible for the Asset Service hurricane preparedness and service provider programs for the state of Florida.
