Responsible for ensuring second to none claims administration for many of our clients, CBCS works tirelessly to ensure we exceed expectations set by our clients. Our second to none service starts with the training and development of our staff to regular discussion with staff on client specific handling instructions for their workers' compensation experience. I'm dedicated to the development of our staff and client service.

Acts as a member of a team to protect our clients greatest assets. Oversee's a staff of 12 to ensure compliance with best practices and grow/develop the future leaders of our organization.

Following 2014 as State President my duties change over into a consultative role within the State organization while still remaining active with the State and Local Organizations to create positive change within the communities of Iowa.

It's not sufficient to work and go home. Through the Dubuque Jaycees we strive to empower young people to create positive change through community involvement. As President, I look to create new avenues for leadership, knowledge and skills development to the young professionals of Dubuque, Iowa.

Providing professional development opportunities to young people through community involvement. As a National Vice President, I'm charged with duties of training and development for each of the States I've been assigned to.

As a member of the Shoot for Success National Program my duties are to engage those chapters who are looking to grow their membership beyond 30 and reach for 50 or more.
