I assisted Dupaco's Business Partner Program by providing Free Financial Education in the workplace. This includes Free Credit History Lessons, Information on Identity Theft and Onsite Account Opening amongst other Services Dupaco offers. I also looked for potential new business partners in the Dubuque and Cedar Rapids Markets.While in the branch I opened new member accounts, IRA/HSA accounts, took consumer, small mortgage and home equity line of credit loan applications. I also held teller responsibilities including cash vault management, distribution of cash to other financials, assisted in training newer tellers on the internal banking system and was trained to watch for fraudulent cash, checks and money orders. I also serviced new and current members with many different products and services Dupaco offered while maintain product sales goals. I was selected in 2008 as one of 12 credit union staff participants to brainstorm ideas to increase awareness of Dupaco and give input on products and services to help increase our membership. I was again selected in 2010 as a branch expert on a new internal core banking system Dupaco implemented in all aspects of daily credit union work, including teller duties, new membership and new lending applications amongst other daily staff duties.
