Through building on new and existing client relationships, I sell well thought ideas, to help clients grow their business and help them stand out in the market place. Where appropriate, I advise on a range of products including airtime, sponsorship, promotions, interactive and creative solutions from the full portfolio of Global brands including Heart, Capital, XFM, LBC, Classic FM, Smooth and Gold. I present creative ideas that ‘wow’ my clients, but most importantly, deliver them results.My Key Responsibilities:•Manage all aspects of customer relations, developing and growing revenue from existing customers.•Build and maintain a client list, providing long term revenue streams.•Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities and convert into revenue.•Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of radio including Sponsorship, Promotional Activity, Interactive and Creative to produce successful campaigns and meet client’s expectations.•Develop long term relationships with clients, influencing decisions with open and honest communication, leading to customers choosing the most effective campaigns.•Working with all departments within the broadcast centre, from programming to credit control, providing the best solutions for clients to engage with listeners. •Plan and forecast effectively, taking ownership of objectives and meeting targets.
