Also extensive support of hardware, printers, and all Microsoft operating systems, creating ODBC connections, networking (LAN and WAN), routers, hubs, firewalls, Norton Antivirus, communications (ftp, network, modem). Other responsibilities included maintaining all documentation for Retail Star's knowledgebase and software testing.
