+ This position involves simultaneously attracting new patrons out front, engaging and uplifting the energy of those awaiting to enter, while also vetting potential patrons to the point of excluding those who may have negative intentions. I see it as my ultimate responsibility to procure the experience that customers have on the inside of the venue. + Creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere is paramount, as it is imperative that I am felt to be approachable by all patrons. This allows them to feel that they can bring up any concerns that may arise.
