Work directly with DIRECTV dealers and onsite property management to strategically increase penetration via various marketing tactics. Manage marketing programs for 59 dealers and 2,100 properties through Southern Region traveling often to the properties. • Conduct on-site visits with territory dealers and properties to optimize sales opportunity and efficiently utilize marketing budget.• Train targeted dealers on multi-dwelling marketing in the Multi Dwelling Unit verticals.• Execute onsite marketing events to drive product branding and visibility.• Review and monitor monthly activity and metrics at the property level to ensure appropriate level of activations.• Assess program development and efficacy and utilize property marketing budget to develop onsite giveaways and incentives to boost enrollment. Track progress and refine over time to analyze and increase effectiveness.• Determine potential opportunities by property and evaluate and establish best go-to-market strategy for each based on demographics and type of unity with end goal of raising average revenue per unit.• Manage third party marketing efforts. Educate and persuade dealers to opt into third party marketing. Track results of program for future use; ensuring efficacy and efficiency.
