About Chris R Smith

I started out in the royal air force Regiment and on completing my service worked for a truck company as a mechanic. I then moved to the south working for a Vauxhall retailer in the commercial truck/bus workshops but later returned to the midlands working at another Vauxhall retailer in the workshops.I reviewed my life and decided to "go back to school" and studied motor retail management and IT where I got "bitten by the IT bug". in 1993 I became IT manager for a motor group and later, in 1997, started what was then Pentagon Systems. in December 2009 I bought the majority share in the business.Today the business turns over circa 2.7 million.Specialties: Result driven and progressive.
