Extensive experience in providing effective advice on state, federal, and international employment laws, and in drafting and advising on company policy, conducting investigations, and in analyzing and drafting agreements governing employment relationships. Conduct and provide effective counsel on internal investigations regarding various employment-related issues and other types of complaints, ensuring claims are addressed promptly, thoroughly, and appropriately. Propose, create, and provide legal training to business leaders and professionals, including human resources and operations, on employment law topics.- Claims and LitigationPrepare responses to EEOC, OFCCP, DOL, and state agency discrimination charges and employee demand letters. Participate in agency hearings and conciliation proceedings. Partner with outside counsel in the United States and foreign countries regarding domestic and international employment law matters. Supervise outside counsel in employment-related adversarial proceedings and litigation in efficient and cost-effective manner. - International ExperienceProvide effective legal advice, counsel, and advocacy to business and functional areas at the company headquarters and across more than 15 programs in more than 85 locations in 18 countries, including Europe and the Middle East.Interface with business development teams during proposal phase and operations teams during project execution to provide advice on local employment laws in numerous foreign jurisdictions.
