Newly created role to lead a multi-year transformation program, improving capability to deliver and manage RIC's $4bn farm business loan portfolio. Manage the PMO, Marketing, Policy and Engagement teams.

LiveBetter is one of the largest regionally-based providers of disability and aged care services in Australia. I led the Strategy team, which covered Marketing, Policy, Research, Technology Services (IT), Corporate Development and Community Engagement.

I initially led the Customer Engagement team, a diverse group of 24 spanning marketing, customer service, research, quality and compliance.

HCF Life Insurance Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HCF that covers more than 160,000 HCF members with a range of accident, illness and mortality products. Reporting to the HCF Life Board, I was accountable for strategy, claims, marketing, operations and for the financial success of the company

* Led a team of 34 staff across brand, digital, customer experience, acquisition and corporate affairs* Drove an agency review resulting in a new major national campaign that increased lead generation performance by 18% with 35% lower marketing investment* Led the marketing strategy for HCF’s new loyalty program – HCF Thank You – with benefits and communications that touched every single HCF member* Drove substantial improvements in the operating model of the marketing team, resulting in 79% stakeholder satisfaction with marketing support and collaboration

* Led a team to deliver a range of new digital campaign initiatives across two brands (Bupa and ClearView) delivering 89% growth in new business in my first year* Initiated and led the delivery of an enterprise CMS migration and new corporate website for ClearView* Set-up a multi-channel customer retention function that reduced lapse rates by 12%

* Built the Alliance Marketing function from scratch, setting up processes to plan, brief and deliver over 30 acquisition campaigns across five Alliance partnerships (Virgin Money, NRMA, nib, AFG, Readers Digest) into a 70+ seat call centre* Grew Alliance portfolio from 22% to 38% of all new business revenue * Delivered product development, pricing strategy, proposition development and marketing launch of four separate life insurance products across three brands (NRMA, nib and Virgin Money), acquiring 14,000 new customers and more than $13 million in-force premium revenue

* Planned the launch and implementation of Virgin Life Insurance, including the development of a multi-million dollar channel plan across TV, Print, SEM, DM, Digital and eDM, acquiring more than 10,000 customers in 18 months* Awarded "Rookie of the Year" for most outstanding contribution to the company for a first-year employee

Developed supporter engagement strategies and executed supporter acquisition and conversion campaigns through direct channels

Managed more than $2 million of annual financial, pro bono and in-kind support from a diverse array of partners (Vodafone, PricewaterhouseCoopers, P&N Beverages, Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Commonwealth Bank)

Developed existing relationships with key corporate partners, including expanding funding opportunities, engaging organisations in staff volunteering and growing workplace giving income

Managed all direct marketing activities, increasing market share in Australia from 6% to 18% and in New Zealand from 3% to 28%
