My responsibilities included recruiting, hiring and training a team of Sales Associates. I developed the sales skills of my team through on the job training, career development and performance management. I was accountable for the performance of my team as well as the performance of the entire store. I was also required to exceed daily, monthly, quarterly.

This position was a commission sales job, first. I was required to maximize my pay rate through exceeding sales goals daily and weekly. I would do this through assisting customers with their technological needs, finding solutions and recommending services and additions to maximize their experience. I was also a key holder which required me to perform.
