Facilitating the success and health of construction projects, both onsite and remote. 2 projects during this role were first experiences in commercial construction sector, outside of industrial/infrastructure.

Currently an Electrical Superintendent on the San Fernando Groundwater Remediation project for LADWP. The unique 'progressive' design-build contract model gave the opportunity to develop a GMP estimate while contributing to design and enhancing constructability. The project so far has provided unique challenges, as construction began before the design was completed.Before managing field operations, I was immersed in various aspects of industrial construction as a estimator and field engineer. These series of roles made me well versed in structural concrete, process piping and electrical scopes.

What started as a casual "summer gig" to make money for school, I stuck with it to develop as a carpenter apprentice. Once I made it back in the classroom I got involved in the TIC/Kiewit field engineering internship program. This series of roles introduced me to the business end of my craft experience; learning the fundamentals of construction management on active projects.
