We operate on a stage not age model.As Head of Humanities I was responsible for implementing the Humanities curriculum, the long term and medium term planning of the subject, consistently monitoring the subject to make sure the students are getting the most out of their learning experience and delivering the subject matter. I also taught Literacy, PE, Food Tech and implemented a number of offsite activities for the students to enjoy, such as adventure trails, swimming lessons and trampolining parks.

Providing counselling, employment skills coaching and motivational coaching throughout the winter lockdown period. I became concerned with the mental health wellbeing of people in the local community, so volunteered my services to people in the area discussing various subjects. Due to the nature of the role, what we discussed remains confidential (I use the same framework as the CPCAB, but made it clear to my clients that I was not qualified yet – Hence why I never asked for money).I also provided advise and support for people trying to get back into work - Interview practise, CV building and career advise. I also provided financial advise throughout this period as well for people who want to get control of their spending and learn how to budget.

We offer a bespoke service that is tailored to the needs of each child, matching them to skilled and experienced candidates. I work as part of the sales team placing candidates into schools on both short term and long term placements, ensuring that the needs of the school are met, the candidates are fully compliant and that all relevant paperwork and policies are completed.I was responsible for selling in candidates to schools on a day to day basis, as well as longer term assignments, speaking to decision makers across various educational organisations, building rapport with clients and building the portfolio of both candidates and client schools.

Chilworth House Upper School is an independent, specialist day secondary school in Wheatley. All pupils have or exhibit challenging behaviour as well as various learning difficulties including Autism/Asbergers and communication difficulties.I am currently doing a dual role as both a Year 10 Teaching Assistant and Performing Arts Instructor, working with a group of 8 autistic children. I also support a student 1-1 at his home afterschool 2 days a week. My role as Teaching Assistant is to assist the students with not only day to day tasks, but also to assist them with their learning in class. This can vary from reading and handwriting practise, communication skills, social skills lessons and behaviour management. To preserve the safety of the students and staff, I am trained in Witherslack Group Team Teach advanced techniques to assist in dealing with very challenging behaviour if required. I am also the lead point person for the form, so I am responsible for reporting any safeguarding or CSE concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead, and I am also responsible for liaising with parents/guardians.In my other role, I have just taken over as Performing Arts Instructor, I have been doing this role since January 2018. I have a class of 4 pupils and my aim is to, over 2 years, help them to achieve a Level 4 qualification in Performing Arts to help them progress onto a career in the Theatre/Television industry. My role is as class teacher, so I am responsible for lesson plans and submitting mid-term plans. I am also responsible for providing progress reports and lesson delivery.

I was working in the SEAT dealership in Aylesbury, responsible for new car sales. My role was in the sales department. My duties include being the initial point of contact for customers in the showroom, handling enquiries (be it through email, phone call or walk-in), qualifying sales leads, adding value to products, upselling into finance and insurance products, closing sales leads and order processing.

As Internal Sales Executive, it is primarily my responsibility to process the orders placed by our customers. I also assist them at the buying stage with quotes, providing availability, but also providing a basic technical specification of the products.Part of my job is also making sure that orders reach customers in a satisfactory condition and on time.
