Management Reporting and Analytics at MF Global• Designed and built both the weekly and monthly management reporting packages used by senior management. Reporting was modeled to provide significant flexibility, giving the team the ability to adapt and respond quickly to both standard and ad hoc requests.• Developed firm-wide Budget process and responsible for its overall management and delivery to senior management. Worked with business heads to identify specific revenue drivers and in the absence of a dedicated Budget tool, created a front end user input so users could effectively build and update their information throughout the process. • Instrumental decision-maker on the Firm’s re-engineering project, which migrated various legacy infrastructure reporting systems onto a unified Oracle platform. Due to the robust design of our team’s reporting models, there was minimal impact to the team’s processes, ensuring a seamless transition for management.

• Modeled the front to back costing model for the Firm’s only major 2009 investment initiative, used by the COO’s of the Equities Division and Infrastructure support areas to determine strategy, overall cost and hiring plans. This model was used to calculate and forecast expenses for all aspects of the build out initiative, including both fixed and variable cost per head analysis.• Worked with the COO’s of the Equities Trading and Investment Banking businesses to develop their 2009 budget, ensuring that each area budgeted properly, while maintaining strong expense discipline.
