In 2008, he added a residential mortgage originator license to his repertoire, a credential he retained for seven years while launching a mortgage brokerage business that continues to thrive a decade later.Chris’s journey with investors began in 2009 when he ventured into hard money loans working with individual investors making loans at the courthouse steps at the foreclosure auction. His business flourished, leading to the creation of a lending fund. He has directed the origination and servicing of over $150MM in origination, and servicing of real estate investment loans. Recognizing the value of his cash-flowing properties, Chris extended this opportunity to his investor clientele, channeling over $20MM of investor capital into equity partnerships in real estate.
