I currently work as a Team Leader for the Oracle applications development group of the Education Department.Work includes organising patching, implementing auditor recommendations, leading a development team.My strengths are in programming (Oracle PL/SQL, Forms and Reports), load testing (using Loadrunner) or as a team leader.A summary of my Key Strengths is as follows:- Over 13 years experience programming with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL.- Experience working in an ITIL environment with strict change control standards and migration procedures.- Over 6 years experience load testing various platforms using Loadrunner.- Project managed the Office 2010 rollout at Public Trustee.- Able to confidently communicate with various levels of staff to determine software requirements and training needs. - Was the OHS rep for the IT section at the Education Department for a year.- Supervised a helpdesk/desktop support team and was willing to cover staff absences to ensure the helpdesk met service level agreements.- General IT knowledge – such as fixing PCs, creating web pages and have programmed in MS-Access and Excel.
