About Chris Rogers

With over 15 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Sports Marketing, I am passionate about creating a culture of belonging and engagement for all employees. I am currently the Sr Manager of Marketing Culture and Engagement at ServiceNow, where I lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive environment for the marketing organization. I also co-lead the Black Belonging Group, one of the largest and most active employee resource groups at ServiceNow, where I advocate for the advancement and empowerment of Black employees across the company.In my previous role as the Head of DEI for Product and Services, I successfully launched and managed several programs and partnerships that increased the representation and retention of underrepresented minorities (URM) in the product and engineering teams. For example, I created fifteen $10,000 scholarships with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, hosted HBCU Hackathons, and donated $1 million dollars to Benedict College, an HBCU in South Carolina. As a result, ServiceNow saw a 70% increase in URM students for their engineering internship program. I also leveraged my skills in social networking, social media marketing, and public relations to communicate and celebrate the achievements and impact of the DEI initiatives internally and externally.
