Helped with the launch of DCL5Turned the dock around given injury trends. We had 8 injuries in a 3-week period at the dock. In the end of going through all the injuries we reduced the amount of injuries at the dock due to the action plan.Help train AM and improve goldilocks at the dock. Given that we had around 4-5% and that increases the risk of injury. We held a class and came up with actions during our A3/ SRB to get to the average up to 15%.Assist on action plan for project around DCL5.Used data to show which tenure had the highest injury rate and then went to retrain some of the groups that had the highest to reduce injury risk.
