Responsible for managing the Lakewood Ranch office and its eleven team members. Member of the Northern Trust Regional Senior Management Team, East Region Business Leadership Council and the West Florida Operating Committee. Accountable for the performance management process and staffing of the office’s banking, lending, investment management and trust functions. Participates in developing the strategic plan and manages the unit’s revenue and expenses. Responsible for developing a profitable business by cultivating existing and prospective clients, both for banking/lending and investment management/trust. Administers all corporate policies and procedures for the office. Assumes full accountability for accomplishing the business objectives of the Lakewood Ranch office in the Manatee Market.  Responsible for establishing Gold Bank in the Sarasota market. The responsibility included developing the Sarasota market, opening the new downtown Sarasota City Center office, and hiring a complete branch and commercial lending staff of twelve people to operate in the Sarasota market. Additional responsibility included managing a $48,000,000 commercial loan portfolio while maintaining a delinquency below 1% and a charge-off rate below .25%. Upon starting the position in 1994 I was assigned a $2,000,000 commercial loan portfolio. Through careful business development efforts and sustaining long-term client relationship, my portfolio grew to $48,000,000. Additionally, before the Sarasota market position, I managed four commercial lenders, which included mapping their development and coaching them on their results.
