•Work closely with sales managers to understand their accounts and trade spend funds•Verify Tax, Environmental and Bottle charges per province / time period •Create and maintain spreadsheets to support the creation of customer master and vendor data•Research pending and settled check requests, deductions, and credit memos per customer, sales, and audit requests•Validate customer invoices and spreadsheets to ensure authorized promotional spending and volume•Compile and submit documentation to customers for unauthorized deductions to collect repays•Train interns for job functions and procedures
