As a qualified coach and mentor with additional emotional intelligence accreditation, I meet with talented advice professionals to help positively change their lives and businesses.I have many years of experience in The Financial Services and Insurance sector. Holding Senior Management, Head Of and Director Roles in several blue chip organisations, leading and managing multi-Site Sales, Marketing and Administration Units . Extensive Sales, Marketing and General Management experience is complimented by Leadership and People Development Skills.I have also had extensive compliance and regulatory risk experience gained through direct contact with UK regulators including the FSA, FCA, Lautro & FIMBRA. I try to continually develop myself and others through a collaborative and straight talking situational leadership and coaching style. As a leader I strive to win, but not at any cost, and take pride in the way things are achieved and not simply in the act of achievement itself. My belief is that relationship-centred holistic coaching, accompanied by first class listening and total attention on the individual, is key to maximising both team and individual performance & well-being.Outside of work I'm a family man, married to Michaela with two children Jack and Jessica. I'm a school governor at Bridgewater School, President of Urmston Lawn Tennis Club and Chairman of Urmston Sports Club.
