This role required a lot of projects and priority juggling balancing between meeting milestones while still lining up future projects, providing client strategy as well as the companies own future marketing and project strategy.In this role, I wrote bespoke quotes and proposals for existing and new clients ranging from small tweaks to complete new complex builds costing up to 100,000. This included winning the repeat business of Dragons Den - Deborah Meaden who chose my proposed project because of the additional support and assistance I personally had provided to her over the years.To keep the client base happy and engaged I put together year-long direct marketing plans to keep our clients up-to-date and wrote a number of articles to keep them as informed as possible. I introduced a guides library with clear instructions on the most common problems as well as tutorials for tips and tricks on the best way to use the platform. introducing additional documentation and processes to support our clients.Continuing to build rapport with the entire client base I would work with clients on how best to improve their websites through design, functional or SEO updates. This was a time before I was familiar with the idea of CRO and UX but a lot of the changes suggested were based on good experience and analytics supported A/B testing.
