Responsible for assisting in planning operational and logistical requirements of a Squadron consisting of 430 Soldiers and over $150M worth of equipment. Assisting the S3 and other high-ranking decision makers weekly on current and future operations within the organization to facilitate action.- Assisted in planning Crew Gunnery training consisting of 120 soldiers and 21 vehicles equipped with a variety of 4 different weapon systems, resulting in a passing rate of 95% during qualifications.- Assisted in the development of a training mission to include units from the Marine Corps to be involved in the first joint amphibious training with army cavalry troops in the history of 2-14 Cavalry Squadron.- Spearheaded the planning and execution of the first Squadron Ball in four years, greatly exceeding expectations from executives while negotiating contracts with multiple vendors and cutting operational costs to meet tight budget guidelines and logistical requirements.

Second in command of JPMRC Detachment. Responsible for managing and resourcing all detachment operations and administrative events. Responsible for managing organizational equipment worth $98M.- Instrumental in the development of the first mobile coaching/observing unit that offers the same level of training compared to the national training rotation while cutting operational costs by 80%, resulted in the first ever brigade level Arctic training, JPMRC 22-02, in the history of the US Army.- Inspected and monitored the condition of IS Systems, gears and vehicles assigned, resulting in 100% accountability of “secret” classified equipment worth in excess of $98M.- Assisted the coordination of logistical means of transporting all JPMRC systems overseas to Indonesia to execute the first ever multinational training missions between the United States and Indonesia utilizing the MILES systems.- Met all supply, operational, resourcing, and coordination requirements within a fiscally constrained environment, enabling the troop to complete 100% of all assigned missions

Responsible for the health, welfare, and morale of 21 Soldiers in the platoon. Responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing all platoon training. Set the personal and professional example for all Soldiers in the platoon.- Successfully led a 21-soldier mounted cavalry platoon prepared to conduct full spectrum operations in the Pacific Command Area of Operations with zero injury to soldiers.- Inspected and monitored the condition of all weapons, optics, gear and vehicles assigned, resulting in 100% accountability of equipment worth in excess of $2M.- Oversaw training for platoon in preparation for national training at JRTC and was recognized as top platoon rated in the previous 2 years.- Organized and conducted multiple training events in preparation for Expert Infantryman Badge Course resulting in 50% of candidates from his platoon passing the course compared to the national average passing rate of 14%.

Successfully completed the Skillbridge Internship with Korn Ferry as an integral member of the Aerospace Engineering and Defense Team. Assisted the A&D team with several key searches through development of extensive search strategies and sourcing of high caliber candidates.- Responsible for developing search strategies utilized to identify and source companies and candidates for major searches assigned to the A&D team at Korn Ferry.- Attended key leader meetings with CEOs and high level executives of major companies to generate business and build relationships for future searches.- Collaborated with team leaders to generate engagement letters, job qualifications and descriptions for initiated searches.- Responsible for creating the latest pitch deck that illustrated the qualifications and capabilities of the A&D team at Korn Ferry utilized to generate business with major Department of Defense prime companies.
