Developed the requirements gathering business processes for VIP business intelligence team.

Developed the converged supply chain business process model for the DE&S, Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI), including the logical data model and the information exchange requirements.

Developed the information needs analysis and information exchange requirements for the Management of Materiel in Transit (MMiT).

This multi-facetted role with the Defence Housing Executive (DHE) was to provide a wide range of IT experience in support of their transition to outsourcing to Steria. This transition included the adoption of Anite Housing System, that required the identification and specification of bespoke development and data migration.
