• Regularly utilize the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Security Center Suite in conjunction with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) via the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) in order to build packages targeting security compliance shortfalls and meet organization objectives and security goals.• Familiarization with disseminating and implementing Air Force downward directed network orders to include NOTAMs, CCOs, TCNOs, MTOs; able to retrieve, review, understand, and implement data from several sources to measure security compliance baselines and enforce corrective action where necessary.• Extensive knowledge of large-scale information management systems to include: Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Enterprise Provisioning Online (DEPO), Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA), Active Directory, Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), and the Remedy ticketing system used Air Force wide.• Evaluate workstations to ensure systems remain compliant with maintaining quality assurance of audit processes and procedures, in addition to ensuring that internal controls are in place and that all systems are functioning properly.• Administers classified and unclassified local area network (LAN) clients, monitors ongoing operation of network systems to ensure hardware and software functions, and meets operational standards.• Responds to customer requests for assistance to include hardware, software, and LAN/Client operating system problems in a customer facing environment. • Sustain and operate systems through effective troubleshooting, repair, and system performance analysis.• Provides technical assistance to current and potential users and proactively interacts with users to ensure proper operation and security of computer systems, hardware, and software.• Administer the creation setting up new user accounts and ensuring all of the appropriate security groups are added for the organization that they are affiliated with.
