2001–Present Electrical & Instrumentation Group Manager § Electrical and Instrumentation section consisted of 3 Engineers and 1 Technician/Draftsman.§ Programmed over 100 PLC's and OIT's for various types of equipment including Clean Steam Generators, Multiple Effect Stills, Vapor Compression Stills, Reverse Osmosis, and Pretreatment equipment.§ Responsible for the design of control systems using both relay logic with single loop controllers and programmable logic controllers. § Size and select Instrumentation such as analyzers, flow meters, and pressure sensors and transmitters.§ Select Motors and motor control equipment.§ Developed and instituted Electrical and Instrumentation standards for equipment to meet UL and CE requirements.§ Designed and started up control system for municipal water plant. Control system consisted of Allen Bradley PLC 5 and Rsview32 SCADA system.
