•Provide user-engineering support for a government contract responsible for the development and maintenance of the software used to task and research satellite reconnaissance assets. Participate in program design and development activities as a technical expert to ensure system usability and end user needs are addressed at each stage of planning and implementation.•Support efforts to establish and enforce a set of user interface standards across commercial, government owned, and custom software applications. •De facto Operations Lead and AF/PK (Afghanistan/Pakistan) Surge Lead for the Middle East Europe Africa (MEEA) division. Responsible for the successful adjudication of all satellite reconnaissance requests within the 60+ countries in MEEA’s area of responsibility.•Played an integral role in developing, implementing and tracking of multi-source collection strategies in support of the successful missions to eliminate some of the most sensitive HVI’s (High Value Individual).•Coordinate, collaborate and mitigate all requirements with multiple government agencies and combatant commands via a daily telecom that I led to ensure the most efficient strategies were being utilized, to combat competing and overlapping requirements and recommend modifications as necessary.•Managed a team of 7 analysts who were responsible for the approval and monitoring of all requests for satellite reconnaissance support focusing mainly on the Middle East but specifically in charge of Afghanistan and Pakistan requests.

•Serve as on-site subject matter expert for Flight Control which feeds the Common Operating Picture (COP) at the Counter IED Operation and Integration Center (COIC).•Work hand in hand with developers to customize and test new capabilities within Flight Control that will better equip analysts to perform their analysis of the COP within Google Earth and Satellite Tool Kit (STK).•Subject Matter Expert with regards to Google Earth Enterprise Client. Built a Google earth server for Simulyze and am responsible for the day to day maintenance of the server to include adding new imagery, vector and terrain layers as well as troubleshooting issues that may arise within the Linux operating system.

•Responsible for the creation and evaluation of a training plan in the area of Imagery Collection Management for all new employees assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency.•Manage all special imagery and MASINT collection requests. This process includes everything from validating the requirements, submitting the requirements for collection and monitoring them to ensure they are performing satisfactorily.•Personally created and tracked over 200 imagery and MASINT collection requirements which resulted in the successful collection of over 750 imagery products over an 11 month period.

•Provided C4I system analysis support to the Space Warfare Center War Room (CAOC-S) to fully integrate space based capabilities in support of war fighter objectives.•Analyzed, developed, and integrated existing and future Space, Intelligence, and Command and Control systems into a fully functional CAOC Operations Center.•Sole Space Warfare Center (SWC) Collection Manager; personally slashed imagery acquisition and dissemination times by 30% using expertise in Requirements Management System (RMS).

•Selected from a group of peers to be one of the command’s few enlisted imagery collection managers satisfying United States Central Commands (USCENTCOM) and components requests for imagery intelligence.•Managed a wide variety of demanding and complex imagery collection management functions, validating and articulating analytical requirements for imagery collection in support of USCENTCOM and major subordinate commands by managing over 6000 targets in 25 countries in support of National Intelligence and Production requirements.
