As an experienced modular product design manager and product owner, I have led multiple cross disciplinary engineering and architecture teams to deliver multiple brand new modular apartment products across multiple sites; utilising and managing internal and external teams to design and prototype a brand new new module structure. I was responsible for the total product managing compliance, cost, quality and delivery, programme managing all detailed design. I was responsible for coordinating all building systems, having a growing specialism in modular fire compliance. I had responsibility for product change, reporting change impact to our team of directors. I was responsible for product configuration and led the business through the impact of product change upon the factory/site guiding decisions to allow as much configuration with the least amount of production line variation. I managed the prototyping and testing programme with experience in fire resistance testing, acoustic and water testing. I championed continuous improvement across product and process, creating new standards for what good looks like, encouraging openness and collaboration across all areas of the business to drive forward real change through change boards.

I worked within the NPD process to continuously develop existing products from opportunity identification to ‘rate-ready’ incorporation into the production system.
