Provide a full repair work package from incident to aircraft return to service, for all major repairs.

Focal point for all aircraft abnormal events (hard landings, runway excursions, in-flight turbulence etc.)

+ Communicated the validation of researched design proposals, providing repair solutions on time.+ Provided support and constructive feedback through Microsoft applications such as MS Outlook.+ Chaired weekly WebEx video conferences reporting on findings and solutions to the customers.+ Introduced new efficiencies and initiatives, with a view to companywide process implementation.+ Negotiated letters of agreement and contracts with risk sharing partners and subcontractors.

Compiled and provided detailed repair design instructions for in-service aircraft, whilst defining and analysing damage reports, directing the customer on best working practices.

Year 1: Hand and machine competencies in manufacturing of metallic and composite components.Year 2: 6 months in Aerodynamics / Wind Tunnel Testing and 6 months in Non-Destructive Testing.Year 3: 6 months in Landing Systems Design and 6 months Gear Rib design and structural analysis.Year 4: 6 months in Materials and Process Lab Testing and 6 months in Structures Repair Design.
