Call in Utility Locates, Survey Locates and incorporate into construction plans using CAD. Plot locate information on project plans, schedule and lead Utility Meetings, review Utility Relocation Submittals for accuracy and to help resolve future Utility Conflicts. Determines potential Utility Conflicts, coordinates with Utility Companies to pothole for verification. Operate various surveying equipment to ensure the accuracy when locating utilities in the field. Compile Utility Mark-ups and applicable submittals required for certification review and approval. Review Utility Submittals for accuracy and put together the Utility Agreement for Utility Companies. Research Prior Rights to review the Utility Company's claim. Coordinates and inspects the field portion of the Utility Relocation. Keep in touch with Utility Companies about their schedules for relocation to help ensure they relocate as planned. Schedules and conducts utility meetings to discuss project scope, timelines, submittals and relocation requirements. Assist Project Managers and Field Inspectors with inspection when needed and obtain certifications in all required areas of inspection.
