Board level responsibility for the financial control of the media intelligence statutory entities, as well as the consumer usage panels and world-wide brands divisions which had combined revenues of over £25 million and more than 250 employees. Responsible for providing financial, commercial and strategic expertise to divisional boards leading a team of eight including three qualified staff. The role was highly commercial, working closely with the businesses to drive profitability and efficiency while meeting all their financial reporting needs including budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting. Also advised on potential acquisitions, supported due diligence teams and managed integration of several acquisitions.

Responsible for managing the day to day running of the Finance department, with the support of a team of six staff.
