In my current position I get to spend time with my customers helping them to identify their pest, termite, bedbug, and or wildlife issues and come up with the specific program to help solve the issue. After being a sales manager in my previous roll I'm glad to be able to put some of my skills to use being able to also train incoming sales inspectors for Berrett as teaching a skill that I love comes naturally and I love pushing reps to be better and take things out of the box to find the perfect solution for the customer. I'm hoping to become the Sales manager for Berrett in the future to help grow the sales team and grow profit wise. Show less
