At the age of 8 i played little league baseball at Sutherlands BaseBall park , that my father & our neighborhood friends. I played baseball till i was 22 Years old , picking up on team efforts and learned how to win and lose. I also at age 15 started cleaning up meat departments at reams grocery and started leaning how to cut meat , and work at a full service meat counter getting what the customers wanted also learned how to up sale other meat and seafood products. I believe i learned how to speak directly to the public with respect. My uncle started Sutherland"s Beef Coral in SLC on Highland drive. That gave me the drive to want to own my own business. To make along story short i began a business Called Highland Meat & Seafood did well for 5 years until the big chain stores took over the meat industry.
