Our desire is to perform well.  Help share understanding of the goal and what determines its quality.We all want to do our best. Be patient and assume mistakes are from not understanding.Interesting ideas exist in every discipline; as we discover this, we grow in all of them.  If it doesn't remind you of something, then you don't understand it. If it does and you see the differences, you might just understand both.Understand a position fully before saying anything contrary.  There is always at least one question to ask.Want someone to change what they did?  Ask questions until they see what to do or you see why it's better.Make things that you are proud of at every stage, even if it isn't finished.It's easier to add something than it is to change it.
