- Responsible for the continual development of the school’s websites, ensuring consistency of message and style, including the College (marlboroughcollege.org), Alumni (marlburianclub.org), Development/Fundraising (marlboroughcollegefoundation.org), MC Global Connect(mcglobalconnect.org), sport (sport.marlboroughcollege.org) and intranet/Firefly.- Produce termly and half-termly e-newsletters for parents, staff and pupils with subsequent reporting to the Senior Management team.- Work across a range of departments to identify and create engaging stories and topical content for internal and external use, such as print and radio.- Support regular College, alumni and fundraising events through interviews, photography and video footage as well as social media output.- Liaison and management of a range of external agencies including photographers, designers and video production companies to plan and execute a range of College requirements.- Regular attendance and engagement with a range of associations and school platforms including the British Schools’ Association and AMCIS.

- A member of the Development Team, a multi-faceted department working across College communications, alumni relations and fundraising.- Regular attendance and support of events across all three departments, including a high-profile fundraising evening at Highclere Castle.- Management of three websites – the College, alumni and fundraising – responsible for sourcing regular news stories and features as well as the overall functionality of the sites.- Oversaw a complete redesign of the site, liaising with a range of stakeholders and also secured a significant cost saving by switching provider/agency.- Set up the College’s first Twitter account in 2014, which has now grown to over 35 accounts across the organisation.

- Took on a part-time role at Tadpole Garden Village, working as a liaison between Crest Nicholson Strategic Projects and residents.- Working with a range of developers to help grow the new community through communications, event and project management including a new retail centre and pub.- Awarded an MP's Community Champion Certificate (Justin Tomlinson MP) in April 2021, in recognition of my work during lockdown.

- Almost 20 years of voluntary media and commercial work with my grassroots football club, lifting the profile far beyond the club’s league status.- Introduced a range of commercial initiatives, raising thousands of pounds for the club including an innovative sponsorship project, which attracted national coverage, in addition to season ticket campaigns.- Organised a range of fundraising sporting events at the club with guest speakers including Jan Molby, John Hartson, Ray Parlour, Dean Saunders, Andy Powell and Nigel Owens MBE.- Set up a range of social media profiles for the club and edited the club’s matchday programme and enhanced the matchday experience.

- Responsible for managing the club’s internal and external communications across all areas of the business, including direct responsibility for a four person media department.- Advised the club’s owners, senior management team and club staff on all strategic communications.- Responsible for the club’s official matchday programme including editing, content sourcing and distribution.- Conducted, edited and managed regular print and video interviews the club’s official online TV service, website and media.- Dealt with the changing demands of Football League, both on matchdays and pre and post-match.- Managed speculation and crisis communication handling (including a plane crash), against a backdrop of various on and off the field issues, including ownership changes, promotion and relegation.- First point of contact for all press enquiries and responsible for the co-ordination of regular press conferences with the local, regional and national media. Regular interviews given with ITV West, BBC Points West, BBC Radio Wiltshire, BBC Five Live and Sky Sports News.- Toured with Swindon Town FC as media manager to Austria, Germany, Ibiza and Italy.

- Overall responsibility for the official club website (swindontownfc.co.uk) and produced daily news stories and features to drive fans to the site for breaking news and exclusive content.- Daily liaison with players, management and club staff for interviews, photography shoots and video interviews.- Attended every home and away league and cup match for the first team as well as coverage of reserve and youth team games.
