• Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow products, roadmaps and industry trends including how ITOM solutions can benefit and integrate with other aspects of a customer’s IT and Business needs
• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers

• Actively participate in all aspects of ITOM project service delivery lifecycle to implement desired customer solution
• Act in a consultative manner with customer to implement solutions based on knowledge of industry and recommended best practices
• Keep current technical product and implementation skills aligned with the ServiceNow releases and roadmap
• Create and contribute collateral to Company’s service delivery methodology including knowledge articles, presentations and technical documentation
• Support pre-sales and sales efforts through demonstrations and webinars
