When people ask me how I got to where I am currently, it simply comes down to understanding my market value at each phase of my career thus far. When I graduated, like many millions of others, I simply realized my market value was extremely small. However, I knew I wanted to take steps in order to change that. When I started my training, I did so because it offered growth. What I loved was that there was training into upward momentum that I controlled simply by following my training and doing the job without making excuses. It was a position where I had control of my future. I also understood early on, even before coming to America on a soccer scholarship, that anything really worth doing is going to get difficult at some point. It’s what you do in that moment that will ultimately determine where you go moving onward - forwards or backwards. The average person quits difficult things, constantly staying stagnate and complaining about it. That was not going to be me.Through my career all I have tried to do is execute and learn from my mistakes. Success is easier to handle but it is how you handle the challengers/ mistakes is what really shapes a person. As I move forward in my career, its exciting to put all the lessons into practice and help those I am affiliated with. The future is bright when your in the drivers seat.
