In January 2014, I started with Chase as a Business Card Specialist. On a daily basis I work to ensure consistency in information provided and obtained and handle questions and concerns from small business owners across the country. Currently, I am in a leadership role assisting specialists with knowledge gaps and refining customer relationships. I also recently completed my first training assistant assignment, developing a new classroom structure and forming my peers into customer service experts. This allowed me to analyze trainee data and develop solutions on an individual basis. Through a business group within JPMorgan Chase, Adelante, I have been committed to continuing my passion for the Spanish language and culture by leading weekly volunteer Spanish classes for my peers and leadership. My time management skills have helped me to complete all of this in under a year with Chase.I studied Finance and International Business at Ohio State University while managing a Café twenty hours a week. Before graduating I also worked with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a licensed Financial Representative gaining valuable industry knowledge and sales experience with business leaders in the Columbus area and expanding my knowledge of financial tools. In 2011, I began my dream of living and working in another country. I faced many challenges in a country where I did not speak the language, but overcame my fears and conquered my goals as a teacher of anyone from business executives and government officials to students from two of the top universities in the country. Communication was paramount in virtually every way. Through filing accurate and timely reports of student progress, I learned the importance of efficiency in communication among coworkers.
