This included network, server, and desktop migrations. As well as the re-branding of our Sitecore based online publishing platform. In addition I help facilitate the setup of our distribution and security groups on the Office 365 platform, the migration of email over to the Informa systems and the migration of our physical hosting environment for our content management system over to cloud based Amazon Web Services.In addition, I provide help desk support for the IBI Pharma News business unit which includes Windows Server, Exchange and Office 365 support.Recently, I have helped produce a number of news related podcasts as a part of our digital transformation initiative, as well as provide training seminars on Podcast production and promotion. In addition, our development team has enhanced our Editorial Workflow system to incorporate multimedia embedding (Audio, Video, Data Visualization). For this effort, I was awarded Informa's Q3 award for Pioneering.
