My duties paralleled those of the Store Manager. I am responsible for driving store sales towards established goals, both for myself, and my team members. This requires me to train and develop store team members in achieving these goals as well as giving them the skills necessary to move up within the company. I am also involved in acquiring new talent and scheduling team members according to sales projections.

I provide customer fitness and nutritional programs to clients in a fast-paced training environment. I also organize and participate in outside events, such as races and competitions, with club members.

As a personal trainer at Lifetime I recruited clients to participate in one-on-one training as well as group exercise classes by selling them programs for these activities. I then created and implemented customized exercise and nutritional programs for these clients.

Under the direction of the personal training department head I conducted fitness assessments for clients and provided training packages to fit their goals. I then designed and implemented training programs to achieve those goals.

Little Lady Foods is a manufacturer of frozen pizza and sandwich products. I worked as an area lead for one of the pizza manufacturing lines. I was responsible for directing line employees in the operation of line machinery from the start of the manufacturing process to the finished product.

As an Assistant Store Manager at Autozone I was responsible for directing store employees in the basic day to day operations of the business including sales, inventory, merchandising, and training. I also analyzed sales reports in order to design and implement strategies to maximize sales.
