Software Development Manager
- Manage four development teams. Provide technical direction to ensure proper solution is created.- Break down complex business requirements into manageable works. Translate business requirements into technical requirements.- Oversee agile software development process, working with various stakeholders on requirements and priorities.- Facilitate regular meetings with Support and Product to ensure all parties are always on the same page.- Work with stakeholders to define project plan. Provide feedback from the technical perspective. Assist in outlining deliverables and estimate realistic timelines.- Identify and analyse potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines.- Resolve roadblocks for developers.- Provide regular feedback and performance review to optimise team productivity.- Create career plan to allow personal growth.- Participate in hiring and onboarding process to ensure new members are onboard quickly.- Liaison with third party partners and agency to ensure commitment and legislativerequirements are met.
