Assist clients with material costing calculations to complete tenders (BOQ) and quotations.Interpretation, reading and measuring drawings forestimation, quoting / tendering and quantity surveying purposes.Project Management:- Manage project timelines, materials, labour, equipment installations.- Manage commissioning on newly installed equipment.- Manage quality checks on materials, installations and maintenance and ensuring materials used and installation done are in accordance with the relevant SANAS standards.- Oversee invoicing and claims processing on projects and other work completed during the month.- Ensure that all employees are managed in accordance with the LRA and BCEA, w.r.t. employment contracts, leave administration, health and safety regulations, and all terms and conditions related thereto.Customer relations:- Ensure completion of tasks as per customer requirements and specification on site, i.e. ensure units are installed correctly and as per supplier specification, commissioning data are completed and handed over to clients timeously.Fleet management:- Ensure vehicles are maintained with regard to servicing and maintenance and in accordance to the Road Traffic Act.
